Why is my full balance in the exchange account not showing up when I try to add funds to my Pay balance? Check if you have the funds in a funding account. The values shown are from funding accounts. If you have funds for trading accounts, it won't show up here. Add asset flow involves doing an on-chain transfer of user's exchange asset to user's pay balance.
